Our Planning
CheapestTshirts.ca required much more than a conventional Shopify storefront. The platform needed to support an extensive wholesale apparel catalog with dozens of colours, multiple sizes, thousands of product variants, and constantly changing inventory distributed across three Canadian warehouses.
Our planning began with understanding how different customers shop—from individuals purchasing a few blank garments to printing companies and resellers ordering hundreds of items at once. We mapped the complete buying journey to identify where standard eCommerce experiences create friction, particularly when customers need to compare colours, check size availability, select quantities, and locate inventory across multiple warehouses.
We then planned a streamlined product interface that would keep this complexity behind the scenes. Customers needed to browse large colour collections, view warehouse-specific stock, and add multiple sizes and quantities without repeatedly switching between variants or product pages.
On the operational side, we designed an automation-first infrastructure connecting Shopify with supplier inventory, pricing, warehouse selection, order processing, fulfillment, returns, and exception monitoring. Every component was carefully planned to maintain inventory accuracy, reduce manual work, prevent processing errors, and support rapid growth without requiring a large operational team.

CPEKS designed, developed, and continues to manage the complete eCommerce infrastructure behind CheapestTshirts.ca. We created a conversion-focused Shopify storefront supported by custom applications and integrations built specifically for complex wholesale apparel operations. We replaced the standard Shopify product experience with a purpose-built ordering system that enables customers to browse colours, check size availability, view inventory across Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, and order multiple variants through one streamlined interface. We also developed automated systems for supplier inventory synchronization, pricing updates, order forwarding, fulfillment, return tracking, and operational exception monitoring. The standard Shopify product experience was replaced with a purpose-built ordering interface optimized for apparel purchasing. Customers can browse a large colour range, view available sizes, check inventory across Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver warehouses, and add multiple variants to their cart from one streamlined interface. We also developed automated systems for supplier inventory synchronization, pricing updates, order forwarding, warehouse operations, return tracking, and exception monitoring. These systems allow the business to process a substantial volume of orders efficiently while reducing manual work and operational errors.

The completed CheapestTshirts.ca platform transformed a highly complex wholesale apparel operation into a fast, intuitive, and scalable digital shopping experience. Customers can now explore an extensive catalog, compare colours and sizes, check inventory across multiple warehouses, and place orders of virtually any volume through a streamlined interface designed specifically for wholesale purchasing.
Behind the storefront, the automation infrastructure developed by CPEKS manages inventory synchronization, product and pricing updates, supplier order processing, fulfillment workflows, return tracking, and operational monitoring.
