CheapTshirtUSA required far more than a traditional Shopify storefront. The platform needed to manage over 50,000 apparel SKUs from numerous established brands, with products available in dozens of colours, multiple sizes, and inventory distributed across 10 warehouses throughout the United States.

Our planning began by examining how different customer groups purchase blank apparel. Individual buyers may need only one shirt, while screen printers, embroidery businesses, clothing brands, schools, organizations, and resellers may order hundreds or thousands of pieces across numerous colours and sizes. The platform needed to serve both audiences without making the experience too complicated for smaller buyers or too slow for wholesale customers.

Standard Shopify product pages were not designed for this level of product and inventory complexity. We planned a purpose-built ordering interface that would allow customers to explore large colour ranges, compare sizes, view warehouse-specific inventory, and enter multiple quantities from one product page. The objective was to reduce repetitive selections and turn a time-consuming wholesale ordering process into a clear and efficient workflow.

Warehouse selection was another central part of the strategy. Instead of automatically determining fulfillment behind the scenes, we planned a system that gives customers direct visibility and control. Buyers can review inventory at individual warehouses, choose suitable fulfillment locations, and make informed decisions based on product availability and delivery distance.

We also planned custom shipping logic around the multi-warehouse ordering model. The platform needed to calculate charges correctly when products were sourced from one or several warehouses while supporting free nationwide shipping for qualifying orders. Shipping information had to remain transparent throughout the shopping journey so customers could understand the cost implications of their warehouse selections.

Behind the storefront, we designed an automation-first operational infrastructure connecting Shopify with supplier inventory, product information, pricing, warehouse stock, order processing, fulfillment, returns, and exception monitoring. Every component was planned to keep information accurate, reduce repetitive administrative work, and enable the business to manage a continually expanding catalog and growing order volume efficiently.

Performance, mobile usability, search, navigation, and conversion optimization were considered throughout the project. Despite the extensive catalog and complex inventory data, the experience needed to remain fast, accessible, and easy to navigate across every device.

Final Result

The completed CheapTshirtUSA platform transformed a highly complex nationwide apparel operation into a clear, scalable, and customer-controlled wholesale shopping experience. Buyers can explore more than 50,000 SKUs from over 30 trusted brands, compare extensive colour and size options, review live warehouse inventory, and place orders ranging from a single item to substantial wholesale quantities.

The custom product interface significantly simplifies apparel purchasing. Instead of selecting each variant individually, customers can enter quantities for several sizes and colours within one organized workflow. This reduces the time required to build large orders and creates a more efficient experience for screen printers, embroidery businesses, clothing brands, schools, organizations, resellers, and individual customers.

Customers also have greater control over fulfillment. Warehouse-specific inventory visibility allows them to choose where products will ship from based on availability and location. The integrated shipping system supports orders across multiple warehouses while clearly applying the relevant shipping charges or free-shipping qualification.

Behind the customer-facing experience, CPEKS established a connected infrastructure that manages supplier data, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, warehouse availability, order processing, fulfillment information, returns, and operational exceptions. This automation reduces manual data entry, improves consistency, and enables the business to manage a large and constantly changing catalog more efficiently.

The platform’s responsive design makes its advanced wholesale functionality accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Clear navigation, product filtering, brand and category organization, detailed product information, and conversion-focused interactions help customers move confidently from discovery to checkout.

The final result is more than a wholesale Shopify store.
